RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 We are committed to delivering every order in the best possible condition. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to assist you.



 7-Day Inspection Period


 In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a seven day inspection period from the date the order is delivered.


 The inspection period is not a trial period. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from odors or stains, and in their original condition.


 Please ensure all original tags, packaging, accessories, and complimentary gifts (if any) are included when returning your order.


 ABYSS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.



 Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges


 Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:


• Opened, worn, or tried on jewelry, including necklaces, rings, and bracelets


• Close fitting garments, including camisoles and other intimate apparel


• Customized or personalized items


• Items marked as non returnable on the product page


 This policy does not apply if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if an incorrect item was sent.



 Eligible Return or Exchange Requests


 We will gladly assist with returns or exchanges if:


• You received the wrong item.


• The item has a manufacturing defect.


• The item was damaged during delivery.


 Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.



 Return & Exchange Process


 Step 1 — Contact our customer service team.


 Step 2 — Provide your order number along with photos of the item.


 Step 3 — Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


 Step 4 — Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.


 Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.



 Shipping Fees


 If the return is due to a defective item, shipping damage, or an error on our part, ABYSS will cover the return shipping costs.


 For returns requested due to personal preference, sizing, or other non defective reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.



 Product Information


 Product photos are taken from the actual items. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and display differences.


 All measurements are taken manually and may vary by approximately 1–3 cm.
